Who can register?+
Medical businesses (pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, labs, and similar). Registration is open in Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey.
How do suppliers join?+
Suppliers are created by DepoMedic.com. Use the contact form to apply. There is no public supplier sign-up.
Do we need a mobile app?+
No. DepoMedic.com is a web app only. Use it in the browser on a computer or phone.
Can every branch order?+
Yes. When a supplier approves your business, all current and future branches can order. There is no per-branch approval queue and no monthly branch fee.
What do buyers pay on an order?+
Buyers pay the supplier for goods plus VAT. That is the amount on cart, checkout, and commercial PDFs.
